Hearing Assistance Loops
Hills SVL Education Solutions offers the two most popular options of Hearing Assistance Systems - Induction Loops and Infra-Red systems. We have solutions to suit literally any size room, from classrooms to assembly halls and theatres.
Induction Loop systems are based around a specialised amplifier that feeds a run of cable normally installed under carpet, and sometimes in the ceiling.
Those with hearing aids can then switch their units to ‘T’ mode and any audio fed through the system will be picked up by the hearing aid. Hills SVL distributes Ampetronic products, the world leader in induction loop systems.

Infrared systems are a good solution for applications where it is not practical to install cable under the carpet. With Infra-Red systems, an emitter panel is normally installed on a wall and those requiring hearing assistance wear a small headset.
